You appear to be browsing the web with Microsoft Internet Explorer on Windows. Microsoft has for quite some time been struggling to address security vulnerabilities that could potentially harm your computer. Many such flaws have facilitated the spread of worms, viruses, spyware, and have typically stemmed from the browser's tight integration with the operating system, which is a core software design decision Microsoft made a long time ago. If you wish to dramatically reduce the amount of future web-bound annoyances that plague one's web-browsing experience, you might consider switching to FireFox. It is a fast, reliable, full-featured browser with, in my opinion, far better chances to reduce the amount of damage you'll inflict to your PC.
